Hialeah Campus Event Request Form

To initiate an activity, events, or event series at the Hialeah Campus, please see below 


  1. Please ensure that the room you are planning to use is available. In order to reserve the room please complete and submit a Room Reservation Form. For room reservations call 305-237-8607 or 305-237-8617
  2. Complete the form below. Request must be submitted at least five days prior to the event date.
  3. For any Graphics or Video, Requests must be submitted to the Hialeah Help Desk at: HialeahHelpdesk@mdc.edu at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. Alternatively, you can use their online request forms:

If your event requires multiple laptops, please make sure you reserve them through Learning Resources with at least 1 week notice.

Additionally, please request laptops to be ready at least 3 hours prior to the event and account for 3 hours for breakdown.

If the event is an early morning event; please make sure to request laptops to be ready the day before.
