Hialeah Campus Events And Rentals

This form is only to reserve a room. An event form is still required in order to request set up and other support services.

Please note:

  1. Please complete the room reservation form at least two business days in advance.  
  2. Recurring event room requests will only be reserved for two months at a time.  A new form will be required for the next occurrence of the reservation.
  3. This form only applies to rooms 2101-13, 2316, 5101, 5101 Plaza, Art Gallery, Student Commons Breezeway, Outdoor Student Commons, Student Services Lobby, Student Life Lobby, Building 2 Elevator Lobby (1st Floor), 3rd Floor Plaza, North Green Space.  
  4. Classroom reservation requests will be directed to the campus class-scheduling department.
